NOEL FINE ART has been restoring paintings since the 1970's and our vast experience ensures that owners can be confident of a high-quality result. We use only the safest methods and materials to clean a variety of works in either oil or acrylic, and on canvas or paper. We repair tears, water damage, stains, and creases. We can re-line a canvas that no longer has the ability to hold the painting's image, as well as re-paint areas that have been damaged. Finally, we can also repair or replace antique or contemporary frames, including re-gilding as well as replacing missing sections.
